- Help with using the app
- The written guides live in the help center: support.northmast.app. If the answer is not there, write to us and a person will read it.
- Product and pricing questions
- Prices are published on the pricing page. Anything that page does not answer, ask us directly. info@northmast.app
- Security and data protection
- Security questions, DPA requests and subprocessor questions go to the same address. Background is on the security page and in the Data Processing Addendum.
- Access, export or deletion of data
- Follow the published data deletion procedure, which lists exactly what to include so we can act on the request.
