- There are no feature tiers. Nothing is held back to sell you a bigger plan.
- There is no hidden rate. The price per additional order is on every plan.
- There is no automatic upgrade. Your plan changes when you decide it does.
- There is no annual commitment at launch, so there is nothing to lock into.
- There is no free plan.

The practical answers.
- Is every feature included in every plan?
- Yes. The list on each plan above is the same list, and it is the whole product.
- Is NORTHMAST for one store or several?
- One Shopify store per installation. A second store is a second installation with its own plan.
- What happens if I go over the orders my plan includes?
- You keep working: the included orders are not a switch that turns anything off. Orders above them are Additional orders, charged at your plan's rate — $0.10 on Core, $0.06 on Growth and $0.03 on Scale. Included orders are counted per Shopify billing cycle, which follows your subscription rather than the calendar month.
- How am I billed?
- Through Shopify. Plans are monthly at launch, and your plan charge and any Additional orders appear on your existing Shopify invoice. Shopify handles the final billing, and you pick or cancel a plan in Shopify's own screens. NORTHMAST never sees a card.
- Is there a free plan?
- No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and after that it is a paid plan.
- What if I am larger than Scale?
- Scale keeps working above 10,000 orders: each additional order is $0.03. If your volume is well beyond that, get in touch and we will work out what fits.

NORTHMAST is preparing for launch on the Shopify App Store. The plans above are the ones you will see when it is listed. Until then, tell us about your store and we will let you know when you can install it.
